Use of this website
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. You must use the website lawfully and not attempt to damage, disrupt, or interfere with its operation. All content, images, logos, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our prior written consent.
Vehicle lease agreements
The vehicles displayed on our website are offered for lease on a non-contract hire basis for initial periods of 6 or 12 months, as specified in the individual listing. All lease agreements are subject to vehicle availability and the successful completion of our affordability and eligibility checks. A separate lease agreement will be provided before any contract is formed.
Eligibility and application
To apply for a vehicle lease, you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid UK driving licence, and be able to provide the documents we request. These typically include your National Insurance number, 1 month of bank statements, 1 month proof of earnings, proof of fully comprehensive insurance, and evidence of your ability to meet the monthly payments. We do not rely solely on traditional credit scores; our decision is based on affordability.
Payments and fees
Monthly payments start from £495 and vary depending on the vehicle selected. An initial payment equal to one month’s rental is required before the lease begins, together with a non-refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s rental. There is no administration fee. Payments are collected monthly by Direct Debit or card. Failure to make payments on time may result in late fees, recovery of the vehicle, and termination of the agreement.
Vehicle use, insurance and maintenance
The vehicle must be kept in good condition and used in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement. You must maintain fully comprehensive insurance at all times, notify us of any accident or damage, and ensure the vehicle is serviced in line with the manufacturer’s schedule. Roadside assistance and road tax are included in the advertised monthly payment where stated. Maintenance cover is included subject to the terms of the specific agreement.
Mileage
Lease agreements include an annual mileage allowance of up to 25,000 miles per year, where stated. Excess mileage charges may apply if you exceed the agreed allowance, at the rate set out in your lease agreement.
End of lease
At the end of the lease term, the vehicle must be returned to us in a condition consistent with fair wear and tear. You will be liable for any damage beyond fair wear and tear, missing items, or outstanding charges. The non-refundable security deposit will not be returned.
Cancellations and refunds
Once a lease agreement has been signed and the initial payment made, you are committed to the terms of that agreement. Cooling-off rights may apply in certain circumstances and will be explained in your agreement documents. Any request to cancel or vary an agreement should be made in writing as soon as possible.
